What is AeroPress?

The AeroPress is an invention by Alan Adler (the man behind the Aerobie frisbee!). Here is a little profile of the man:

Although at first it may seem like a variation on the French Press, the reality is that this little device gives you a less acidic cup of coffee – a difference that you can taste very easily.  A better cup of coffee from a little $30 plastic device?  Yes!  If you want to pick one up for yourself, take a look at Amazon, here.
