That quote, once truly understood, is quite a milestone in anyone’s life – the moment when one realizes that their position and value and meaning is determined by themselves and not by the people around them. We have the power to choose the story we live by, the story we tell ourselves about ourselves. Our self esteem and sense of worth determines what that story will be.
