The left and right reacts in shock to Trump’s victory.

Do you love Trump? Do you hate him? Whether you love him or not, you have to admit that something incredible happened – his campaign has taken then entire media and political worlds by storm and challenging the concept that the elites of this country are directly affecting its course. From the start, both the Democrat and Republican
politicians and media relentlessly attacked Trump, ridiculing him on everything from his political views to his choice of spouse. Today we all know that he won the election and will be inaugurated in a few days, on January 20th, 2017.

Mike Cernovich released a book recently that analyzes the monumental upset that was suffered by the mainstream media and the shock that spread around political cirlces. I got a copy of his book, Maga Mindset, and have been reading it in the hopes of being able to comfort some of those emotionally stricken by Trump’s win. I got my copy from Amazon and suggest you check it out here: http://amzn.to/2hYIkqc . In the interest of full disclosure, I did not vote for Trump or Clinton and the link to the book is an affiliate link which will result in a couple of percent of the sale price – a win-win since you get the usual best Amazon price!

The arguments outlined in the book seek to dispel some myths created about him in the media actively by misreporting facts and pressuring weak conservatives to turn on their party members.

1. Trump is not a true conservative, but neither were all the R Presidents since 1980.

“Trump is not a conservative. Trump is a nationalist, which is a loaded
term that is worthy of a definition.
Nationalism is a concept that is derived root work ‘nation’. A
nationalist puts the interests of his own country and, by extension,
his countrymen, above the interests of other nations. A nationalist
puts America first. Nationalists will work with other nations, but only
when doing so is in the best interest of the United States of America.”

2. The false narrative about the positive US economic picture can be dispelled fairly easily – most of the positive trends are due to increased government spending (the spending of freshly printed money) to boost demand for products and services.

“Globalist conservatives and economists ignore this problem by claiming economic growth should be measured by Gross Domestic Product, or GPD. GDP is a measure of all economic activity, which consists of consumption, investment, government spending, and net exports. It
doesn’t take into account the way that in which this economic activity is distributed across across the population. Just because GDP is increasing doesn’t mean its benefits are distributed evenly. If Bill Gates walks into a bar, the average wealth of every person in that room increases by billions of dollars, but no one has added so much as a single dollar to his pocket. Even Obama had to admit that 95% of the economic gains that occurred during the most recent economic ‘recovery’ went to the top one percent of income-earners. The rich got richer thanks to his $787 billion spending program. No one else did.How did that benefit America? How did that benefit Americans?”

3. Michael Moore – even this favorite of the liberal elite conceded that Trump would win because he was a populist that captured and drove the imagination and indignation of the people and managed to convert it into a successful campaign.

4.Ann Coulter. Who is she? How was she treated by the ‘conservative right’?

“Ann Coulter put it more eloquently than I ever could when she wrote, ‘Looking at what the party has become, I certainly hope he’s not a ‘real Republican’. I know he’s a real American. Those used to be the same thing.'”

–Mike Cernovich
